Energy Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups of pineapple
2 cups of watermelon
2 cups coconut water
2 green apples
1/2 pack of spinach
blueberries, as much as you want
Directions
Put everything in a juicer, or you can blend it together.
Pour into a glass, ideal amount is 16 oz. per serving. Enjoy!
You can store in the refrigerator or you can have it in the freezer.
