Non Baked Choco Brownies Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups soft dates, pits removed
1 cup walnut
1 cup cacao powder
1 tsp of sea salt
1 Tbsp of Cacao Nibs
Directions:
Put walnuts in a food processor and processing for a few seconds until it resembles a coarse flour.
While the machine is still running, mix in dates, cacao powder, and salt, process until it forms a moist, crumb-like dough.
Depending on the moisture of the dates, you might want to add a little water so the crumbs when you pinch the mixture.
Evenly distribute the crumbs into an 8-inch square pan, sprinkle with cacao nibs. Press the crumbs firmly to form a solid brownie layer.
Slice into bite-size pieces or squares and serve. You can also, shape brownie dough into balls to create brownie bites.
