Parmesan Wonton Crackers Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup of organic olive oil
25 wonton wrappers
3 cups of parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup parsley, chopped
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice the square wonton in half to create rectangles. Arrange wonton pieces on a baking sheet.
Lightly sprinkle with olive oil and with parmesan cheese, parsley. Season with salt and pepper. I used about 3 tsp of salt and pepper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes just until wontons turn crisp and a nice brown color.
Serve instantly or keep in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
