Healthy Greek Chopped Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 cucumber, sliced
6 pcs. ripe tomatoes
3 red bell pepper
2 red onion
15 oz. can garbanzo beans
For the dressing:
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Directions:
To prepare the dressing, Whisk together all ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl until combined thoroughly. Set aside.
Drain any excess juice from the tomatoes and toss it with the garbanzo beans and all other vegetable in a bowl. Toss in the dressing as well.
Let it chill for a minimum of 1 hour to let the flavors combine. Stir before serving to keep the dressing from accumulating on the bottom of the bowl.
