Garlic Parmesan Fries

Ingredients

3 russet potatoes, cut into 8 long wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Heat your oven to 375 degrees F and coat baking sheet with oil or non-stick spray.
Arrange potatoes in a layer unto the baking sheet.
Toss with olive oil, garlic, thyme and Parmesan; also add salt and pepper for seasoning.
Pop it into the oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing from time to time until it turns crispy and a nice golden color.
You can garnish it with parsley if you like.
Serve it hot. Enjoy!
