White Chocolate Peppermint Bar Recipe
Ingredients
9ounce of chocolate chips
10 ounce of white chocolate chips
1-1½ teaspoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of peppermint
3-5 candy canes
Directions:
Pile up an 9×9 baking dish with an aluminum foil, press it to be sure it is smooth. By using a bowl, liquefy the chocolate chips and a little bit of coconut oil for a minute or two. Take it off and mix it by stirring it together using a spoon. The chips should be melted after stirring it but if not, then place it in a microwave in 15-20 seconds increasingly till it is liquefy. Stir it up in a half teaspoon peppermint into the chocolate and then stir it up again. Place it in to the rear end of the baking dish and distribute to cover. Bring it in the freezer for about 15-22 minutes. After 22 minutes, liquefy the white chocolate bar and with the coconut oil for 2-3 minute in microwave. Take it off and stir it – the white chocolate should be liquefy. If not, then must microwave it for another 20-22 seconds then stir it once more. The White chocolate can be melted up very easily so work with it carefully. Continue Stirring it up with the extra peppermint extract, and then place it over on the hardened, semi-sweet chocolate in a baking dish. Spread some crushed candy canes on it. Place it in the refrigerator till it is already ready. Break it apart in to small pieces when you are ready serving it. Keep it inside the refrigerator.
