Sparkling Cranberries Recipe
30 pcs cranberries
3 cups sugar
3 cups clean water
5 oz maple syrup
Very fine sugar for covering
Instructions:
Place a tan sugar, with water and the Maple syrup in a large pot and turn it in a high temperature from a medium temperature until the sugar is fully dissolved, but be careful not to form bubble. Next thing is to take it off from high temperature, then mix it in cranberries, protect it and place it inside the refrigerator the whole night.
Place around a bowl of sugar in another large bowl.
Drain out the extra fluid from cranberries and come in from sugar. Then transfer it to a preparing sheet to dry in a layer.
After cranberries dried for approximately one hour, do it over again by coming in sugar to complete the layer in any staying fluid. Transfer it once again to prepare the sheets to dry for in event in an alternate hour.
