Minted Grapefruit Sorbet Recipe
For Sorbet:
2 containers grapefruit juice
juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. vodka
For mint syrup:
1½ containers granulated sugar
1½ containers water
5-10 new mint leaves
Directions
Consolidate grapefruit and lemon juice with mint syrup. Chill until, exceptionally chilly. Beat in a dessert producer as per maker headings, about part of the way through stirring include the vodka, if utilizing.
Heat sugar and water to the point of boiling and include mint takes off. Let steep for around 30 minutes. Strain through a fine work sifter into a clean jug or vessel. Chill serve.
