Baked Parmesan Chicken
1/4 measure broadly functional flour
1/2 mug ground Parmesan cheddar
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dark pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast parts
1/4 glass spread, dissolved
Instructions:
Preheat broiler to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Layer a shallow preparing dish with nonstick cooking shower.
Join flour, parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper in a dish. In a different dish, whisk together the egg and milk. Plunge the chicken in the egg, then dig in the flour mixture. Put in the preparing dish, and pour the softened margarine uniformly over the chicken.
Prepare for around 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated broiler, until the cheddar has cooked, and the chicken has cooked.
