Broccoli-Mascarpone Soup

Ingredients

1/2 container shallots

6 containers low-salt chicken juices

1/2 container cheddar,

3 tbsp chives

Preparation:

High temperature oil in a pan.

Working in groups, exchange soup to blender. HoldĀ  mascarpone in little bowl; cover and chill. High temperature soup, blending once in a while. Trim with mascarpone. Top it with chives and serve
