Tuna and Mango Ceviche Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large mangoes
2 large avocados
2 little red onions
3 cutsĀ ginger
2 little red bean stew pepper
1 lb sushi-grade fish
5 teaspoons olive oil
salt
crisp ground dark pepper
crisp cilantro leaves
Directions:
grind the pizza of the limes in to a large bowl.
slice the parts into little sizes. place the tree grown foods in to the bowl and grind the juice from another half of the lime in a the dish.
take part the mango, with the avocado, the onion, the ginger, and the bean stew as well and also the fish then mix everything gently with a spoon.
squash the juice from the extra lime in a bowl and place it in the olive oil with the rum.
add taste with Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper on it and pour the vinaigrette on the fish sauce, mixing it again gently, making sure you won’t be smashing the avocado.
