Apple Buttered Pork Recipe
1/4-pound pork tenderloin
kosher salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 apples, cut into 1/4 inch thick
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
Directions
Mix pork with salt and pepper.
Cook the pork,for a few minutes. Cook thoroughly. Transfer on a plate.
Melt butter. Add in the apples and cook.
Sprinkle the apples with thyme and pork.
