Sandwich Balsamic Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound strip steak
legitimate salt and pepper
4 Roma (plum) tomatoes, split
1 medium red onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick rings
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
4 pieces French bread, cut down the middle
3 ounces blue cheddar
Directions
Heat oven. Season the steak with ½ teaspoon each one salt and pepper. Line a rimmed preparing sheet with foil and spot the steak toward one side.
Throw the tomatoes and onion in a medium dish with the oil, vinegar, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Place the tomatoes, cut-side down, and the onion on the flip side of the heating sheet.
Sear, turning everything once, until the steak achieves the wanted doneness, 4 minutes every side for medium-uncommon.
Exchange the steak to a plate and give back where its due to stove until sautéed, around 1 moment. Cut the steak.
Place the base parts of the bread on plates and top with the steak, vegetables, cheddar, and remaining bread. Serve w
