Spicy Marinated Raw Zucchini
Ingredients

4 medium zucchini (around 2 pounds), meagerly cut

2 shallots, meagerly cut

2 tablespoons canola oil

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon pounded red pepper

genuine salt and dark pepper

Directions

Throw the zucchini and shallots with the canola oil, vinegar, sesame oil, and pounded red pepper. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon dark pepper. Refrigerate for no less than 1 hour and up to 8 hours
