Mini Breakfast Frittatas Recipe
Ingredients:
6 huge eggs
1/3 container milk
1/2 tsp. legitimate salt
1/4 tsp. newly ground dark pepper
2 Tbsp. hacked new parsley
1/4 container cleaved turkey pepperoni
3/4 container destroyed cheddar
Preparation:
Preheat stove to 350 degrees F. Splash a small scale biscuit tin with cooking spread.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix in pepperoni.
Separate cheddar among 24 little biscuit glasses.
Put egg mixture into a measuring container with a spout. Spill egg mixture over cheddar, filling mugs to the top.
Heat 10-14 minutes until smaller than usual frittatas are puffed and brilliant tan on top.
Expel from broiler and cool 5 prior minutes serving.
