Spicy Sriracha Burger
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Pounds ground beef
- 1/4 Cup Sriracha
- 1 Can Old El Paso diced green chiles
- Pinch of salt
- Buns
- Cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato
Directions
Mix the Sriracha and green chiles into the beef.
Form four patties from the meat.
Grill the burgers to brown and cook through. If you put the formed patties in the fridge for 45 minutes or so, they will harden up slightly. They will still be fragile, so be gentle with them.
Top with cheese while cooking so the cheese melts.
Serve on the bun with the lettuce and tomato and of course, more Sriracha!
