Steamed Mixed Vegetables Recipe
Steamed mixed vegetables are both healthy and super easy to make. They can be served either plain, mixed with a sauce, or with a sauce on the side. I usually serve these with a basic white sauce on the side and a helping of steamed white rice.
Ingredients:
4 oz sliced white button mushrooms
1 cup baby carrots
1 head broccoli
½ yellow bell pepper
½ red bell pepper
Directions:
Set the stove to high heat and boil the water for your steamer.
Once the water is boiling, arrange your vegetables in the steamer.
Cook for 10 minutes in medium heat.
Toss all your vegetables in a serving bowl.
