White Chocolate mini Tarts

Sweet White chocolate Tart with strawberry Jelly heart! Go on try it you’ll leak your fingers, surely.



For crust:
1/2 plain flour
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp chilled butter
1 tbsp sugar

For filling:
75gr unsweetened White chocolate
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp White butter
2 chilled eggs

For jelly:
1 packet strawberry jelly



For pastry crust:

Make the dough with your hands from all the ingredients for the crust.

Divide the dough in four. Roll the each dough with rolling pin and set on the tart pans.

Bake them for 20 minutes at medium temp. When baked, remove from pan and let them cool.

For filling:

Place white chocolate and sugar in the double boiler and water bath it until chocolate melt and sugar dissolved.

Add butter, combine thoroughly. Slightly beat the eggs with fork, and add it into the chocolate mixture.

Whisk vigorously until mixture thicken like custard. Pour into cooled crust, and place into fridge until set.

Make jello according to the packet instruction and pour into little heart mold and fridge until set.
