Thai Beef Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1000g beef  fillet
2 tbs olive oil
250g dried noodles
2 cucumber
2 red onion
350g cherry tomatoes
2 cup fresh Thai basil
2 long red chilli
2 tbs  soy sauce
2 tbs grated ginger
3 garlic cloves

Method

1. heat a barbecue on high temperature. put an olive oil on a beef by brushing it and add taste on it depending on your desired taste.
cook the beef in an open pit until it is cooked thoroughly.cover with foil and set it aside for 5 minutes. make sure it is not too tight.
at the same time, place the noodles in a bowl of stewing water for 6 minutes, then filter it and refresh it under a running water.

2. add the cucumber with the capsicum, the onion, the tomato, the herbs and chilli in a bowl.
Put a lime juice, sesame oil, sugar, fish and soy sauces, ginger and garlic in a jar and shudder well to blend.

3. sluice the beef, take part the salad with it and split it among the bowls of noodles, then put over the toppings to serve.
