Stuffed Mushrooms Balls Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pack of frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup sour cream
4oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Prepare baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.

Heat oilin a fryng pan. Fry the garlic and chopped mushroom and allow to cool.

When garlic and mushroom mixture is no longer hot, stir in cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, onion powder and cayenne pepper.

Arrange the mushroom caps on prepared cookie sheet.

Bake for 20 – 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the mushrooms are piping hot and liquid starts to form under caps.
