⅓ cup cocoa
1 tsp instant coffee
3 tbsp Sriracha
1¼ cup boiling water
2 oz unsweetened chocolate; finely chopped
8 oz dark chocolate chips
2 egg yolks
2½ cup sugar
1/ ¾ cup flour
1 stick melted butter
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
Start by pre-heating oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and greasing a 9×13 pan.
Mix cocoa, instant coffee and boiling water. Beat in unsweetened chocolate and chocolate chips until chocolate is melted.
Pour in melted butter, oil, eggs, yolks, and vanilla. Continue whisking mixture until texture is smooth.
Beat in sugar until it is fully incorporated into the mixture. Mix in Sriracha, flour and salt.
Pour batter intothe prepared pan and bake for half an hour.
Let brownies cool on a wire rack for 1½ hours,before you cut it into squares. Enjoy.
