Snowball Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients:

1 dozen or more Chocolate Cupcakes or you can bake you own chocolate cupcake
2 cups sweetened dessicated coconut
food coloring
3 cups of powdered sugar
1 cup of clean water
6 egg whites
2tablespoon vanilla

Directions:

Bake cupcakes, according to the recipe.

Prepare the dessicated coconut. Add 1 portion untouched. the other portion combine it with the food coloring ( depends on your preference )

Heat the vanilla, and water in a medium heat until boiled. Set aside.

Mix vanilla, egg whites and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add a food coloring.

Top the frosting using an ice cream scoop on each cupcake. Sprinkle with dessicated coconut.

Serve and enjoy!
