Smoky Shrimp and Grits Recipe

Smoky Shrimp and Grits

2 cup grits
2 cup  Cheddar
6slices of bacon
2 lbs peeled shrimp
5 slices of tomatoes
2 scallions


Prepare the grits as stated in the package directions.
Fry the bacon in a large pan. Set Aside.
Cook the shrimp and tomatoes on the pan, tossing every side, until the shrimp are cooked.
Mix in the scallions and the bacon. Serve over the grits.
