Shrimp-Stuffed Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

5 huge potatoes

1 cup of Butter

5 cups cheddar

3 glasses of sharp cream

5 lb. of cooked shrimp

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook the potatoes in the stove or By grilling it if the potatoes are cooked already, allow them to cool enough for them not to be difficult to handle.

heat the stove to 350 degree Fahrenheit. slice every potato down the center and spoon out every half potato, grasping the potato peelings. Put the potato in a large plate.

Add the spread, the sharp cream, the cheddar, and a salt and a pepper as well to the dish with the potatoes. Mix the fixings until when they are thoroughly blended.

Gently stuff the shrimp and the potato mixture go in the potato peelings, just until when the potatoes are formed in to little hill.

Heat the potatoes for about 35 minutes, or until when the potatoes are warmed enough through and cheddar is melted..
