Rice Pilaf With Chorizo and Scallions
Ingredients

1  box rice pilaf
5ounces chorizo
4 scallions

Directions

Prepare the rice pilaf according to directions.
In a medium skillet, cook the chorizo with water around 3 minutes. then add oil when water subsides. ( to ensure chorizo cooked well )
Mix into the pilaf along with the scallions and serve.
