Red Curry Meatballs
Ingredients

meatballs

1 mug white rice

6 tablespoons oil

2 onion

1 zucchini

2 tablespoons red curry glue

1 14-ounce can coconut milk

genuine salt and dark pepper

1/4 container crisp basil leaves

Directions

Cook the meatballs as per the formula headings.

While the meatballs and rice are cooking. Include the onion and zucchini and cook until delicate,  8 minutes.

Include the coconut milk, and meatballs to the skillet; season with ¾ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Stew until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes. Mix in the lime juice. Serve over the rice and sprinkle with the basil.
