Squash Walnut Bread Recipe

Pumpkin Walnut Bread

Ingredients:

4 cups of brown sugar
4 cups squash
1 cup of apple juice
1 can of evaporated milk
2 tbsp of coconut milk
2 cups walnuts, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Prepare the bread and bake according to instructions. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the other ingredients. Fold in walnuts.

Divide 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for at least 1 hour.

Once cooked,remove the bread, top it with chopped walnuts and cover with aluminum foil.

Steam the bread for about 10 minutes. Remove the foil cover and let it cool for 10 minutes or more. Let it cool completely  and serve.
