Poutine with Herb Salt
Ingredients:

1 for

2 formula of sweet potato gnocchi

5 ounce of bacon

2-3 little apple

2-3 teaspoon of dried thyme

1 teaspoon of fennel seed

4 tablespoon of matured balsamic

salt and pepper

new basil Place the bacon in to a chilly pan or in a high-sided broil container and turn it in to med-high hotness. when the fat starts to melt, take part the thyme and the fennel seed with it. Cook the bacon with flavors until when it simply begins to freshen up for 5 minutes.

Add the apple and saute it until when it is freshly soften for only 5 mins. Add the balsamic and the salt and the pepper and decrease temperature to low.

Add the cooked gnocchi and mix to be fully blended and add salt for your desired taste

You can decorate it with herbs and sprinkle it with dark pepper… Serve it if is already done…

 

Serve in shallow dishes finished with new herbs and more dark pepper.
