Make Hard-Cooked Eggs.
Toast 8 English-biscuit parts and place on a treat sheet.
Shower each with olive oil, then layer on tomato cuts, hard-cooked egg cuts (1/2 an egg every), and a bit ground mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano and fit salt.
Sear 5 minutes or until the cheddar softens.
