    Marinated Tomato Salad and Sauce Recipe


    8 mugs split arranged grape tomatoes

    1/4 mug legitimate salt

    1 expansive shallot, cut

    4 garlic cloves, cut

    1/2 glasses olive oil


    14 crisp thyme sprigs

    1/3 glass white wine vinegar

    (1-oz.) bundle crisp basil, torn

    1/2 teaspoon dark pepper

    Squeeze of dried red pepper drops


    Throw together initial 2 fixings in an expansive glass vessel; let stand 30 minutes. In the mean time, sauté shallot and garlic in hot oil in a medium pan over medium hotness 6 minutes. Expel from high temperature, and mix in thyme. Cool totally. Throw together vinegar, next 3 fixings, tomato mixture, and shallot mixture. Serve, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks
