2 containers graham saltine scraps
1/3 container sugar
1 stick spread, softened
3 egg yolks
1/2 teaspoons finely ground lime get-up-and-go
1/2 container Key lime juice (may utilize standard lime juice)
1 can sweetened consolidated milk (14 ounces)
Whipped cream, Key lime cuts, berries to trimming, discretionary
Preheat stove to 350º. Line 8 inch square preparing skillet with non-stick foil, if wanted. Put aside.
Blend graham wafer morsels, sugar and spread in little bowl. Press uniformly onto base of arranged container. Prepare 10 minutes, then cool totally.
Beat together egg yolks and get-up-and-go on fast till thick, around 5 minutes. Include sweetened consolidated drain and blend on low speed till joined, then expand speed and blend till thick, around 3 minutes. Include lime squeeze and blend low till consolidated.
Spread filling over outside layer and heat till filling is situated, around 10 minutes.
Cool totally before cutting and decorating with whipped cream, lime cuts and/or berries
