3/4 containers heated water
1/2 container super fine sugar
1/4 container great quality unsweetened Dutch handled cocoa
1 tsp chocolate extricate
1 container milk
2 containers ice
Place the heated water, sugar, cocoa and concentrate in a blender and mix until smooth. Include the milk and mix to join. Put aside to cool totally.
Add the ice to the chocolate mixture. Mix until it is foamy and slush-like, including more ice if necessary.
Spill a sprinkle of club pop into the base of each one glass. Fill the glass with the chocolate mixture, leaving around 1 inch of space at the top. Place a little scoop of chocolate gelato on top. Trim with new mint.
