Honey Corn Flake Cookies

Ingredients:

5 tbsp  unsalted margarine

1 cup  sugar

3 tbsp pure honey

1 tsp vanilla

3 large eggs

1 tsp cream of tartar

1/4 tbsp baking powder

a pinch of sea salt

1/4 cup of flour

4 cups corn kernel

Instructions:

Melt the margarine in a little pan over medium hotness; cook and speed until spread begins to froth and turn brilliant tan.

In a huge blending dish, utilizing a blender on medium velocity, beat together sugar, honey and vanilla until smooth. Beat in egg and Filter in cream of tartar, baking powder, salt and flour. Adjust the speed of the blender to low and beat smoothly.

Process the corn kernel in a processor and Chill batter in icebox for 25 minutes.

High temperature stove for about 350 degrees.Heat 15 minutes or until light tan and smooth. Cool 2 minutes before transferring in a rack.
