Mexican Grilled Corn With Cilantro


2 ears corn, shucked and each one cut into 6 pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

fit salt and dark pepper

1/4 glass hacked crisp cilantro

1 teaspoon crisp lime juice, in addition to lime wedges for serving


Hotness flame broil to medium. In a medium vessel, throw the corn with the oil and ΒΌ teaspoon each one salt and pepper. Flame broil, uncovered, turning every so often, until delicate, 10 to 12 minutes (save the dish).

Exchange the cooked corn to the held bowl and throw with the cilantro and lime juice. Present with lime wedges
