Garlic Fried Rice ( Home made style)

Very easy but delicious rice that can be eaten during breakfast with your hot chocolate drink or coffee. You can search different recipes on the internet, but this one is very easy and I made it myself. So here it goes:

3-4 cloves of garlic, crashed. ( it really depends on you. I prefer 4 cloves of garlic,crashed it so the smell will really stands out)

1 tbsp mix seasoning ( I used Magic Sarap, in the Philippines. You can use any seasonings of your choice)

30 grams of minced garlic

1 tsp of salt.

How to do it:

Prepare a pan in a medium heat with oil, just enough to avoid stickiness when mixing the rice.

Fry the garlic cloves, don’t overcooked.

Prepare medium bowl of rice, make sure the rice is not sticky. Pour the rice in the pan.

Add seasonings and salt and mix it thoroughly. You can put more seasonings depends on your taste.

Once it is thoroughly mixed, add minced garlic while continue stirring for 1 minute.

Put in a bowl and Serve . Enjoy!

 

Note: You can add chicken or egg. and garnish few spices on top.
