1 medium to large banana
6 oz Yoplait fat free vanilla or plain yogurt
1 1/2 cups calcium fortified orange juice
1 1/4 cups frozen sliced strawberries (with no sugar, the ingredients on the bag should only have strawberries)
2 tbsp ground flax meal
1 tsp honey or agave nectar
3-4 small ice cubes (optional – if you want it thicker, or water if you want smoothie to be thinner)
Place all ingredients in blender and whirl until smooth and creamy. That’s it!
