Clean Eating Chicken Gravy
Ingredients:

Drippings from a whole, slow cooker chicken
1-2 tablespoons coconut flour
3-5 tablespoons light coconut milk
Directions:

1. In a skillet, combine the drippings (for me it was actually at least a cup worth of liquid) and the coconut milk.

2. Stir in the flour as needed. Note that the flour will leave a slight added texture to the gravy. Though it’s nothing that is off-putting, you should use the smallest amount you can get away with.
