Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
4 ounces semisweet chocolate
20 strawberries
Directions
Line a heating sheet with wax paper. In a microwave-safe glass vessel, microwave the chocolate, ceasing and blending like clockwork, until liquefied and smooth.
Holding a strawberry by the stem end, dip it in the liquefied chocolate, letting the abundance trickle off, then exchange to the arranged heating sheet. As you set the strawberry down, slide it ½ inch to the side to keep the arrangement of a chocolate “foot.” Repeat with the remaining berries.
Refrigerate the strawberries on the preparing sheet until the chocolate is firm, at slightest 30 minutes
