Chicken Kiev Recipe

Mouthwatering bacon with garlic flavored butter inside a delicious chicken coated with golden crumbs. Or you can sum it up in one word – Indulgence!

Ingredients:

8 smoked bacon
6 pcs of 150 g skinless chicken
3 tablespoons plain flour
6 free range eggs, beaten
250 g breadcrumbs
sunflower oil ( 350grms)
4 spinach
4lemons

For the butter:
7 cloves of garlic,  chopped
30grams of parsley, chopped
10 tbsp of unsalted butter, softened
a pinch of black pepper

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cook bacon in a pan with a small amount of olive oil and set aside.

For the butter; mix together  the ingredients: garlic, parsley, butter and the black pepper. Let it chill for awhile ( 2-4 minutes).

Cut a slice on the chicken from the back of the breast and form a long slices

Fill the slices with crumbled bacon and a 2 cups of butter.

Seal and fold the pockets nicely. Do repeat the steps of chicken breast.

Prepare  different containers for your flour, eggs and  breadcrumbs mixed with a pinch of seasoning.

Roll the chicken breast in flour, then dip into your beaten eggs, and lastly to the breadcrumbs. Make sure to coat it evenly.

Cook them in a shallow pan on medium high heat with your sunflower oil until it turns a lovely golden color.

Bake them in the oven for 12 minutes or until it is cooked.

Top it with a spinach with a little oil and lemon juice. Decorate it , if you want.

Serve it to your friends and family!
