Carrot Ginger Rice Recipe

Carrot Ginger Rice

I actually tried this recipe myself, and it is sooo tasty! even hearing the name of it makes me so hungry!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil

2 cups clean shredded carrots

2 cups cooked organic rice

2 tbsp sliced ginger

4 cloves garlic

4 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 pinch of seasalt

1 tbspĀ  vinegar

1 tbsp sesame seeds ( optional)

3 tbsp dessicated coconut, per rice bowl ( optional )

 

Directions:

Add in garlic and ginger using a pan heat cooking oil over medium-high heat until hot or until they both become fragrant-roughly for 2 minutes. For about 1-2 more minutes, stir in shredded carrots and cook.

Combine a pinch of salt, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame seeds and pour over carrot mixture and cook heat thoroughly.

Next, stir in the rice and cook it for 3-4 minutes or until rice is warm.

Lastly, serve it with dessicated coconut.

Serve it with your friends!
