    Blueberry Honey Mint Juleps

    Any brand of Honey Whiskey
    1 pint of blueberries
    2 tablespoons honey
    juice from ½ lemon
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
    mint leaves for garnish


    In a saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil.


    Once boiling, take off of heat and stir in the mint leaves.Let it sit for 30 minutes

    Using a blender, process the blueberries, honey, and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.

    In a shaker, combine equal parts whiskey and pureePour over ice.

    Serve cool and enjoy!
