Blueberry Cobbler
Ingredients

2 pints blueberries

1/3 glass in addition to 1/4 mug granulated sugar

1/2 glasses in addition to 1 tablespoon whole flour

2 teaspoons heating powder

1/4 teaspoon fit salt

1 teaspoon ground lemon pizzazz

6 tablespoons frosty unsalted margarine, cut into pieces

2 glasses substantial cream

Directions

Hotness broiler to 375° F. In a shallow 1/2-quart heating dish or a 9-inch profound dish pie plate, throw the blueberries, 1/3 mug sugar, and 1 tablespoon flour.

In a medium vessel, join the heating powder, salt, lemon pizzazz, and the remaining flour and sugar.

Include the spread and mix with your fingers or 2 blades until coarse morsels structure. Include 3/4 glass in addition to 2 tablespoons cream and blend until a shaggy batter structures.

Drop hills of batter over the blueberry mixture. Heat until the berries are percolating and the top is brilliant, 35 to 40 minutes. Present with the remaining cream for showering, if wanted
