Baked Omelet Recipe
8-10 free range eggs
1 cup milk
A pinch of salt
3 ounces cooked diced ham
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Prepare one casserole dish and set aside.
Beat together the eggs and milk. Add sea salt, cooked ham, Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese and minced onion. Mix thoroughly and put in a caserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 250 degrees F for 45 minutes or until cooked.
