A great appetizer to serve for breakfast, lunch, dinner or brunch
- 1 ounce crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 large apple, cored and cut into thin slices
- micro green leaves
- Freshly ground black pepper
Combine goat cheese and honey in a small bowl.
Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture onto each apple slice
Top with micro greens and Gorgonzola.
Arrange the slices on a platter and sprinkle with black pepper.
